🕊 One Constant Return & Refund Policy

Every One Constant piece is made to order. We don’t hold inventory — each shirt is printed specifically for you. Because of that, we can’t accept returns for size, color, or preference changes. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Eligible Returns

We gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

• Damaged or defective

• Misprinted or flawed

• Incorrect in design or size compared to your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Non‑Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size or color choice

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

Process

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after approval.
