Processing time: 2–5 business days Shipping time: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Shipping delays: Carrier delays, weather events, or high‑volume periods may extend delivery times.

Wrong address: If an incorrect address is provided, we’re unable to replace or refund the order.

Lost packages: If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible.
